My wife made your chili Monday evening. She usually has it with cheese and Fritos, ie Frito Pie. Your chili she ate straight, that says a lot. My son and I could only get down two bowls each, we were stuffed. The big supprise, my daughter ate a full bowl. I gotta hand it to your Grandfather, Father and yourself, that is some darn good chili!

Saturday night I got sum perdy T-bones and rubbed'm up w/ the Beef Rub. Have to say they were very tasty. Light season that complimented the cut w/o over powering it. Wife and kids agreed, yummmmy!

Jeremy - This is great chili! My family, friends, and those that I would describe as 'foodies' have been hooked since the first spoonful. We have made this chili at least ten times in the past year(even during the Az. summer)using ground beef, ground pork, chopped pork, and various combinations of beans. Every batch was fantastic. The blend of spices perfectly compliment each variety of ingredient, giving the cook flexibility to vary the recipe to their individual taste. Another thing we like about Cabin Chili, is that we get more bang for our buck with the amount of chili that this recipe makes compared to other brands we have tried, so we actually look forward to having leftovers.
